Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the MindCare OS platform, operated by Rahul Dangi, trading as MindCare OS.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your MindCare OS subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order date. After this window, subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable; you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds for MindCare OS are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
- Open the relevant transaction and follow the refund / cancellation flow.
- Or contact our support team via the in-app help — we will work with Paddle to process eligible refunds.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage billing" link inside MindCare OS. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
Trial
The 30-day free trial does not require payment. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, you are not charged and there is nothing to refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
