• You will only use the platform for lawful, professional clinical intake and screening purposes.
• You are responsible for obtaining valid consent (and guardian consent for minors) before collecting data.
• You will not rely on AI-generated drafts without clinical review.
• Trial accounts include a 30-day free period. Paid plans continue after the trial as published on the pricing page.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or breach patient safety.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
